No Exchange/No Return Policy

Final Sale:

  • Due to hygiene/quality concerns, we do not accept returns/exchanges unless:
    • Product is damaged/defective (report within 24 hours of delivery with images)
    • Wrong item delivered (provide unboxing video as proof)

Process for Eligible Claims:

  2. We arrange pickup for approved cases
  3. Refund/replacement processed within 7 working days

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products used/altered after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
